おっ、コラーゲン、コラーゲンなどといいながらつついていると、おもむろにそのアメリカ人が、「なぜ、日本人はcollagenなどというものを喜んで食するのか？」

もっともコラーゲンを皮膚に塗ると、保湿が保たれるようである。

で、厚生労働省に、コラーゲンに関する表示には問題がないのかと尋ねると、消費者庁が発足してからは、うちの管轄ではありませんとのこと。
